Honoring the Space Between
Trauma-Informed Yoga • Somatic Wellness • Integrative Coaching

Brand Essence
A trauma-informed yoga practice that honors the in-between—where transition becomes an invitation to heal, and healing becomes the practice of becoming. We hold space for movement, stillness, and self-discovery with compassion, presence, and intention.
In the space between, we honor. We heal. We become.
The Philosophy
We believe each person carries an innate capacity for healing. Sometimes life, trauma, or transition can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves. Through mindful movement, compassionate presence, and nervous system awareness, we create space to reconnect with what has always been within you.
Healing doesn't come from someone else—it begins within you. Our role isn't to fix or change you, but to walk alongside you as you rediscover the wisdom, resilience, and wholeness that have always been yours. In honoring the space between where you've been and who you're becoming, we believe transformation unfolds one breath, one moment, and one compassionate step at a time.
How the Work Happens
Movement, sensation, and language are different entrances to the same room. We begin wherever your body and your life are asking to begin.
Movement held with choice, predictability, and invitational language — so the nervous system has room to settle rather than brace. Guidance is verbal and visual. No pose you did not choose.
Learn more →Breath, subtle movement, and interoceptive awareness that build genuine capacity for regulation — learning the language of your own body rather than overriding it.
Learn more →Conversation that holds both the felt sense and the practical: values, direction, and the next honest step through a season of transition.
Learn more →What It Means
It is a mutual agreement about how a space is held. The postures may look familiar. The space around the postures is unique — the language, the pacing, the permission, and the focus of creating safety through agency.
Some of our lived experiences have taken away our ability to choose. Those adverse experiences not only affect our mind but can also be stored in the body. Our work together is to increase awareness of the body in a safe way, reconnect with our body and our surroundings, and use yoga to encourage self trust. It is something your nervous system decides. My work is to make that decision possible.
What to Expect
We begin with a no-pressure conversation about what brought you here and what you would like to feel more of. You share only what you want to share.
Together we shape a first session — the format, the pace, the doorway. Chair, floor, standing, or stillness. Nothing is assumed.
Over subsequent sessions we widen the window: more choice, more sensation tolerated with ease, more trust that your body is a place you can live.
The practice moves off the mat — into how you rest, decide, relate, and move through the rest of your life. That is where becoming shows up.
Who This Is For
You may be healing from complex trauma, sexual assault, medical trauma, or the invisible weight of chronic stress. You may be a veteran, active-duty service member, healthcare professional, first responder, caregiver, or someone navigating a season of profound personal change.
Or perhaps you simply know that something no longer feels aligned—that you've spent so much energy surviving, adapting, or caring for others that you've become disconnected from yourself.
Whatever your story, you are welcome here.
Together, we'll create a space to slow down, reconnect with your body and your inner wisdom, and move gently toward the person you are becoming.
While many of those we serve are healthcare professionals, first responders, veterans, active-duty military members, and survivors of complex trauma, our work is open to anyone seeking a trauma-informed, somatic approach to healing, growth, and self-discovery.
In the space between, we honor. We heal. We become.
